3. Hospitality
4. Cheese Grits (Don't even think about putting sugar in these!)
5. Having total strangers smile and wave at me (especially while driving)
6. Hearing older Southern ladies talk.
7. Fried food (chicken, pickles, Oreo's, etc.)

I think fried foods would have to be my favorite part of all that, although I do love to hear the old southern women talk.
