Two years ago our daughter Alora Grace had open-heart surgery in order to correct a heart defect that had been present since birth. Thankfully, the Lord used the doctors and nurses in order to bring her through the surgery safely. This September we will be able to celebrate this blessing as we participate in the 2008 Heart Walk in Charleston, SC. As participants in this walk, we are attempting to raise $500 that will be used for heart disease and stroke research. If you're interested in donating, then you can donate here.
